Colorado Springs Utilities – Understanding Your Bill

Colorado Springs Utilities provides four major services to the citizens of the Colorado Springs. Consumers come to CSU with questions about their utility bills, so instead of making some boring 20-page PDF, we created educational videos that take place in an adorable, animated Colorado Springs. Customers can not only learn about how to pay the bills on-time, but can also learn about where their clean water is sourced.
