Black Hills Energy asked how they could connect with their customers to improve their brand image in an authentic way.  We put the spotlight on ways in which their services empower real customers preparing for big life moments. From powering a recording studio for aspiring musicians to cooling and lighting the ice for an ice dancer, we showcased how Black Hills Energy has enabled people to activate their passions through innovative energy use. 

These films were part of a larger integrated campaign that spanned a wide range of mediums from social platforms to out of home. We traveled for two weeks to three different states to capture three incredible docu-style branded stories.
