The Royal Gorge Bridge is a breath-taking Colorado icon and for its 90th anniversary we wanted to create something equally incredible that would drive visitors to the bridge for years to come. For the “Come Across” campaign, we invited as many Coloradans as possible to sign their name on bridge planks. We then found a wood burning artist to permanently burn each signature into the bridge and invited consumers to visit the bridge and “Come Across” their name on this stunning landmark of Colorado history. By building an experiential booth to activate at events around the state as well as developing an interactive website, we gathered signatures and consumer data. For this integrated campaign, we received more than 6,000 signatures and produced branded content to promote our site, SignTheBridge.com.
